Andrew Bussen brings over 25 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience to the Robert Santangelo Group. Educated at the University of Wisconsin - Madison’s Graaskamp Center for Real Estate, Andrew has extensive knowledge of and familiarity with real estate finance and investment analysis.
He also has personal experience with investing in development land and spec home development, giving him a unique understanding of the risk/reward position of owning real estate; he can certainly understand investor expectations and offer an understanding, relatable approach to clients.
